- Minimum of 3 years experience in the similar position preferably in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
- Having extensive knowledge in logistics/supply chain/freight forwarding/custom clearance
- Good oral and written skills in English and Bahasa

Job Description
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand company’s customer base
- Identify potential shippers in the market to be acquired as new business prospects
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
- Develop business prospects and client base to build a sustainable pipeline for revenue and profitable growth
- Coordinate with all business functions (commercial, operations, finance) to ensure a positive customer’s experience during shipment
- Develop, execute and monitor strategical and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit, and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
- Provide documented activity reports of sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
