Qualifications

  • Male / female
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the similar position preferably in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
  • Having extensive knowledge in logistics/supply chain/freight forwarding/custom clearance
  • Good oral and written skills in English and Bahasa
  • Good Looking and have passion achivement for target.

Job Description

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand company’s customer base
  • Identify potential shippers in the market to be acquired as new business prospects
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
  • Develop business prospects and client base to build a sustainable pipeline for revenue and profitable growth
  • Coordinate with all business functions (commercial, operations, finance) to ensure a positive customer’s experience during shipment
  • Develop, execute and monitor strategical and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit, and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Provide documented activity reports of sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
